Step 1)

Consultation

Consult with one of our experienced trainers. During your assessment, a trainer gathers your health information and discusses your goals. We will note your likes, dislikes and what keeps you motivated to customize a workout plan that fits your goals and needs. Then we will work with you to find a time to meet that fits your schedule.

Creating a personalized fitness plan will get you the best results!

 

Step 2)

Flexible Workout Options

Work with your trainer to plan how, where and when you workout. A busy schedule makes getting fit a challenge! Our trainers offer private, semi-private, and small group training at their home studio or a location of your choice, such as your home or favorite park. We are prepared to give you the best workout in any environment.

Step 3)

Make Sure You Do Your Homework

Yes, your trainer can create a custom plan to keep you moving. Although working out with us is the best way to stay on track, the real change happens when you are inspired to stay motivated and focused on your own fitness goals, even when we aren’t working with you. Helping you build and maintain healthy habits is our ultimate goal!

 

Location*

Our trainers are located in Sammamish, WA but can travel to the surrounding Seattle Eastside area. By allowing our trainers to travel to you, we open doors to endless possibilities when it comes to your workout. You can work one on one with your trainer to choose locations that will keep your training session fun and new. From the comfort of your own home to the running trails in Issaquah or Redmond or the scenic lake views in Kirkland or Bellevue; the possibilities are endless!
