Meet Karin Kaczmarowski
My fitness journey began 7 years ago when I found myself overweight, out of breath, and struggling just to get up off the floor. I was an observer of life, not a participant. It was then when I decided I did not want the second part of my life to be sitting on the sidelines watching life pass me by.
I began exercising and strength training on a weekly basis. Over time, I began to feel stronger and lighter. I am now in better shape than I was in my 30's. I feel strong and healthy. I now enjoy skiing, rock climbing, hiking and other activities with my family. I have a completely different life.
Today my passion for helping others get fit is driven by my experience with strength training, fitness and weight loss. As your personal trainer, I can help you gain muscle mass, lose body fat, preserve bone density and develop a body that will burn more calories at rest, helping you to maintain a healthy weight. I’ll help you to achieve more than you may believe you are capable of while making it fun. My goal is to help each client integrate strength training and exercise into their daily routine and my hope is that it becomes a part of their everyday life.

“As someone with multiple sclerosis (MS), it can be very challenging to do everyday activities. My symptoms are in my legs mostly, but I also have significant fatigue. They say that exercise helps with fatigue in MS patients, but I just couldn’t imagine how I would be able to do anything extra when all I really wanted to do was sit on my couch following a day’s work. I decided that the best fit for me would be to schedule training sessions AT work following my day so that I was getting my exercise in BEFORE I hit the couch at home. In walks Karin, who has been my own personal life saver! She pushes me just enough but also knows when I need to take it a little easy due to my limitations based on my symptoms that day. My fatigue has improved, I have maintained (if not lost a little) my weight and I can tell I am becoming more fit. She makes it fun and even when I dread working out with her some days, I ALWAYS feel better leaving afterwards. We laugh, we have fun and we work hard.
