Meet Cindy Curran

I am a nationally certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as well as a certified Nutrition Specialist. My passion for fitness started after I had my third child. I wanted a way to get fit and interact with others. I started taking group fitness classes through Jazzercise. After a few years of being a student I decided to certify as an instructor. I was an instructor for about 4 years and then my family moved out of the country. During this time I began to work with a trainer and found my love for personal training and the great relationships you can build with people while helping them on their own fitness journeys.

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies with a minor in Human Development. I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 27 years and we have 3 beautiful children. We are an active family that tends  to workout together and challenge each other in fitness. My career in personal training is definitely helping me to keep up with my kids. My favorite type of workouts are HIIT Training and Cycling classes.

I look forward to working with clients that want to make a change in their lives to be active for health sake and also work with those that currently have a love for fitness but want to take their workouts to the next level.
